Refund policy
At The Pitch Jersey Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our soccer jerseys and fan gear. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, under the following conditions.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original saleable condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be present and intact.

Final Sale Items: Customized jerseys (with any names, numbers, or special prints) cannot be returned unless defective due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return:

Contact our Support Team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

Pack the item securely with all original contents and include your order number.

Ship the return to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Customers bear the return shipping cost for exchanges not caused by our error.
